The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce has announced the addition of Nicole Wright as its new niche market program manager. Wright, who served as an intern with the Gwinnett Chamber on several occasions, comes to the chamber from Cintas Corporation where she was involved in the management trainee program. As a program manager, Wright will oversee Drugs Don't Work, Human Resource Management Association, Valor Awards, State of the County and Women's Leadership Series. Through site, updating marketing materials, and organizing programs. Wright received her bachelor's degree business administration form the University of Georgia where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Joe Piccolo and Marcy Adams were elected by property owners to the Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District Board of Directors. Piccolo is area general manager for the Mall of Georgia and Gwinnett Place Mall. He has been with Simon Property Group for 12 years, and he previously managed Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. Adams is manager of the Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place.

Beverly Hart was recently presented with the Phoenix Award during the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors awards ceremony. The Phoenix Award is an honor bestowed upon realtors for achieving membership 10 consecutive years in the Million Dollar Club of their local board affiliation. A local resident nearly her entire life, Hart has more than 13 years of real estate experience. She specializes in residential real estate and relocating families in Suwanee and the northern metro Atlanta area.

uVuMobile, Inc. announced recently that the Board of Directors have appointed Scott Hughes as the new president and CEO. He has also joined the Board of Directors of the company. He joined the Company in March 2001 and has been responsible for product design, scope, and development of the Company's services, including the development of multiple new video and rich media communications services and supporting architecture. Prior to joining uVuMobile, Hughes was director of network and security consulting services at RTP, a Seattle-based consulting company.

Brightworth Director of Portfolio Management Don Wilson, CFP, CFA, and Wealth Advisor Annika Ferris, CFP, CLU, CDFA have become partners in Bright-worth. Both will work out of the company's Peachtree Corners office. Wilson joined Brightworth in 1998 and has served as a portfolio manager and research analyst before being promoted to his current role as the director of portfolio management in 2006. Ferris joined Brightworth in November 2003 as a financial planner and was promoted to wealth advisor in 2007.

Administaff, Inc., a provider of human resources services for small and medium-sized businesses, recently announced that Scott Eastin has been promoted to regional vice president of the Southeast sales region. In his new position, Eastin will manage sales activities for the Southeast region, which consists of 12 sales offices located in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Jacksonville, Orlando, Raleigh and St. Louis. Eastin joined Administaff in 1998 as a sales consultant.

Karen Posea, RN, MSN, has been named clinical nursing director of medical and surgical services for Northeast Georgia Medical Center. In her new position, Posea will oversee five medical and surgical nursing units between NGMC's two hospital campuses. Posea comes to NGMC from Cape Fear Valley Health System in Fayetteville, N.C., where she served as the nursing director of medical services. Previously, she has worked at Gwinnett Medical Center, Emory Health Care and Emory Johns Creek Hospital. Posea earned her bachelor's of science in nursing from Florida International University in Miami, Fla. and her master's of science in nursing from the University of Phoenix.
